Lead Time

• Made-to-Order Products: Many of our Canoes, Katakanus & Kayaks are crafted to meet your specific needs. The estimated lead time for these bespoke items is typically 4 to 6 weeks, as indicated on the product page.
• In-Stock Items: Once available, dispatch is arranged within:
  • 7 to 10 days for new Katakanus or spare parts exceeding 2 meters in length.
  • 48 hours for all other items.

Delivery Methods

• Large Items (Canoes, Kayaks, and Large Parts): To prevent damage, we deliver these using our own vehicles and experienced drivers.
• Smaller Items: We offer next business day shipping through reputable courier services.

Collection Option

We welcome customers to collect their orders directly from our facility.

• Collection Availability: Collections can be arranged within 2 hours of your order being ready.
